Subject	Failed State Inspection, Need Help

Message	93 NA 2+2 Almost completely stock Can pass everything on state inspection except for low speed NoX, guy said 900 is passing and I'm at 1100. This is the 2nd time I've tried state inspection, 1st time I failed NoX big time and I just recently put an EGR Delete Kit on and I saw a big improvement, but I still fail the low speed test. Any ideas?
